I think in complete products: the business behind them, the people using them, and the systems keeping them running.
Before opening an editor, I map business goals, user journeys, data flows, and failure scenarios. I weigh operating costs and maintainability alongside growth, then connect the interface, backend, and automation into a solution I can carry through delivery.

01
Start with the business.
Understand the goal, the user workflow, and the constraints. Architecture should serve the product and its operating reality.
02
Automate the whole workflow.
Connect ingestion to delivery, signing to notifications, and subscriptions to credits. Make the handoffs part of the design.
03
Own the product lifecycle.
Carry decisions through implementation and release. Consider failure recovery, future scale, and maintenance from the beginning.
WHAT THIS LOOKS LIKE IN PRACTICE
From a raw feed to a reader’s phone.
PinFacts · One product, connected from end to end.
On PinFacts, I was connecting two sides of the same story: content arriving from feeds and publishers, and people opening an article on their phones. The work between them had to make sense as one product.
I separated feed processing from delivery, so different sources became a consistent content model. I built publishing and moderation workflows around it, then connected new articles to notification rules and the Flutter reader app.
I owned that whole journey — ingestion pipelines, backend services, publisher and admin portals, and mobile delivery. The result was a connected path from source to screen, with content processing and notifications automated along the way.

Have a complex problem? Let’s build something good.
I’m interested in teams that value product thinking, thoughtful architecture, and real ownership.
